RE:
I'm a Python visual developer and we really need to show a bigger spinning wheel while the interpreter performs complex visaulizations. We use large objects to show detailed pictures and the current spinning wheel does not scale accordingly to the object size.

Definitely agree. It is really annoying because there are too many useful but buggy VS Code extensions that force you to use Developer: Reload window command. And each time you do the reload you need to click through all apps in the workspace and hope that they load. The same thing applies to AL: Publish full dependency tree for active project - it needs app folders to be loaded, but it doesn't even try to load them sometimes.I think that the whole loading of workspace apps could be way faster. It takes around 800 milliseconds to just scan file lines in a 8000+ files 59916 lines project on my laptop. Keeping track of file hashes and only parsing changed files would probably could load workspace in a matter of few seconds since symbol data is ten times or more times smaller than the object source code. And since nearly everyone uses Git you can use it to give you hashes it already computed.

This would be great! We are located in the northwest and for some reason our environment was installed in US East. Moving our installation to a west coast Azure datacenter would cut our latency in half. That adds up!I wish we could move it...

This is true for searching other records as well. We run into it all the time with customer and item records. We've been on BC for 4 years now, I still feel like search is antiquated. Stuck doing what NAV did back in the day. Time to put some of that Bing muscle into BC search!

Another Idea: We could probably enable to make the 'Exchange Rate' column as editable at the Payment Proposal level and when we make the payment entry, it allows to modify with an average exchange rate (as per the transaction date and not the payment date), so that the realized gain/loss is not impacted materially.
RE:
Agreed! This is a request that we also hear all the time.
RE:
I LOVE this idea!

To the powers behind power bi ... Will this ever get developed?!Interested parties want to know

We also ran into a scenario where this capability would be life-saving. The S3 was owned by a partner who host logs for a multi-tenant solution, so we only had access to a specific folder inside of it. If we could provide the path where we want to read data from and not having to rely on bucket-level permissions, we could have used shortcuts for this process.

I'd also like to see that serialization option for Column and Relationships. These are items with a higher frequency of new items being added and would be prone to merge conflicts.
