RE:
This would be great to avoid "measure bloat". In conjunction with calculation groups this would greatly enhance maintainability of models with complex business logic. SQLBI have a great example where this would come in handy and their working solution would benefit from this idea without bloating the model with helper measures.(https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/using-calculation-groups-to-selectively-replace-measures-in-dax-expressions/)I think this is possible to do without violating the functional calculation architecture of dax.

This initiative would greatly improve our Power BI integration systems, as we have experienced some of the abovementioned hurdles. Excited for the new connector!

I've got two clients have the same requirement. I think this should be part of standard as manual POs do consider vendor's purchase calendar when using working days, only planned POs don't.

It is almost end of 2024, Excel has this functionality for ages and yet PowerBI is still missing such trivial functionality. Microsoft, please do something about this.

Definitely agree - we have exactly this situation just now where one metric ranks a high score as positive and another as negative and we really want to trend over time in one chart.
