Since real-time updates aren't automatically applied to content blocks in journeys, working with blocks becomes meaningless, causing confusion and significantly prolonging the work. The proposal is to create a button that, when clicked, updates the content blocks used anywhere, whether in email messages or in any journeys. This button could be added to the main view of email messages, within specific messages, and in journeys.

I'm refering to this topic in the documentation of Customer Insight - Journey Email security encryption.Currenty the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys sending infrastructure uses the opportunistic TLS. But my current client a customer in Germany is struggeling with this way of sending emails. Their standard way of email transfer is the "enforced TSL". That's part of their enterprise policy. Right now we can't meet the requirement to send emails from CI-J with enforced TSL because their is no way to switch from one to the other option. And the client is quite unhappy with that.As their are many very conservative customers in Germany with a high sensitivity for data security and data protection I'm asking to enhance the email channel in CI-J with an option to switch to "enforced TSL" and sending out emails this way. Even if this implicates a higher rate of email which aren't send to the receiver, it provides more trust in the platform at all.

I have created service request number SR: 2311240050001110 in which i have asked if there is an opportunity to migrate interaction data from one environment to another and I also asked where this data is stored. I got an answer where this data is stored and also that import of this data is not possible. Only export is available, which is very unfortunate. I sugest that you should think about import functionality too, just to enable possibility to migrate this data.

So with standard activities and notes against a contact also rolls up to the timeline in accounts. The interaction data in timeline for contact receiving, opening or clicking on emails appears in the timeline of the contact only and does not roll up to the account....

2501280030006268, An issue was raised in this case. The customer's suggestion is Enable simple SSO integration for Microsoft Power BI Service. Allow invited users to authenticate with any email address without needing to assign each domain separately.
