We have a similar use case in combining Cadasta (property) data with Damage Assessment data for emergency services response and recovery management. Currently we rely on using ESRI viewers, but we have all of the required information in Fabric, just cannot surface in a way that makes it usable. Being able to show the attributes of both point data and polygon data in PowerBI would be a huge help in our response efforts.
