In my dashboard I have a slicer which filters a large list of names. The default color for the text of a selected item seems to be black. My background color is black, so when an item is selected it makes it difficult to see. I have the color for my font set to be turquoise so unselected items show up fine. It would be nice to set the font color for selected items.

RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
I have the same problem. The selected button is black, the non-selected buttons are dark grey.
My consumers are complaining, but I cannot change our corporate design.
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
Apparently I am not the only one who would love to see this implemented.
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
POWER BI is a great tool, but sometimes I'm totally puzzled, how come so many basic and seemingly easy functionalities are still not implemented. This is one of them.

This is required to make the horizontal orientation to be usable. I fail to understand why it needs votes to implement something that should have been there in the first place.
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
Why still "need votes"... this should be "by default"... ;-)
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
Please add this feature in next release.
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
Please add this possibility - customers are complaining about zero usability with existing colours.

plus/minus options are nearly invisible by default. please fix this. at least default them to BLACK!
RE: Add Option to Set Font Color of Selected Items in Slicer
Please please implement this. Without it it's very difficult to implement the dark theme
