SQL Reporting Services can do subscriptions. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/subscriptions/subscriptions-and-delivery-reporting-services?view=sql-server-ver16I think this would be a better solution since you could format. Also, this could be done with a live Excel report.

This field is available in SmartList, it is called Sales Discounts Account Number. Display name can be modified if needed by users.
