Add security to show/hide any specific page (Tab) on a report based on users privileges / Roles.

Thanks for all the feedback! Currently, Power BI does not have a security feature for pages; however, using conditional page navigation and RLS, you can create a custom navigation experience that shows different page options for different roles.

RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
Yes, please please add the ability to have certain tabs visible only to certain users.
Need to hide the whole tab from some users but allow it to be visible to others, not just the visuals inside the tab.
RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
Pleas add it, strongly needed.
RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
This would save everyone a ton of time. One dashboard to access across an organization, default filters per users based on department/role visibility.
RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
Please add this feature!!
RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
'Given that there is a significant focus on Enterprise features in Power BI, I am surprised that there is not automated solution for row level security (RLS). For datasets that don't use underlying database solution, it is a very manual activity to mange RLS.
It would be good to have a solution to automate the activities for Row Level security
- Adding users (including bulk upload)
- Removing users (including bulk upload
- Extracting the list of existing users along with the role
I think the options could be:
- Rest API
- Sql Server Management Studio
- CSV download for each dataset
RE: Page (Tab) level Security.
Plz make this feature possible, this way we can create 1 report with all the pages but based on certain data/security role/.. we can grant/revoke access to certain pages
This will help greately for maintenance/update of a Power BI report
