It would be great if we can connect or open the password protected excel workbook inside Power BI Desktop. Of course we should know & provide the password first.

This topic may spilt into multiple conversations about secured data (ex. using password protected Excel workbooks to build/refresh a PBIX; storing passwords within the structure/content of the associated Query, controlling user access to "secured" data columns with the published Report or App, etc.)

Essential for the analysis of confidential data. I currently get the following error which disappear once the password has been removed
