Note that this issue compounds as the size of your data within the PBIX file grows. As a work around, I have resorted to filtering out most data when performing development on measures. I don't understand why creating, modifying, deleting, moving, etc measures is dependent on the amount of data, as these are schema definition changes. Microsoft must have some sort of checking against underlying data as measures are compiled after a change.

We are a small Swiss company having a fiscal representative in the EU (Belgium), that acts on our behalf. We need to order the goods for our fiscal representative in the EU with the VAT ID of our EU fiscal representative and we also need to have the corresponding VAT posting setup and INTRASTAT reporting. We hope that multiple VAT ID's will also be possible for the company itself and not only for customers.

to me, Power Query makes one of the few differences to the Libre-/Openoffice ecosystem. Looking into it I was startled to find no regex support. Has this been forgotten or is there a fear of "overcomplicating" M for newbies? I only hope, implementation of regexes would not blow the architecture of the M interpreter.Cheers - Joe //
