To add on this, if a slow stack is put on the role center it is also not very clear why the client becomes unresponsive. So it would be a great customer experience improvement to not have to wait for stacks to be calculated before being able to search, or make it clear why it won't allow you to search so a customer is aware of their own choices if they put slow stacks on the role center.

It says this idea is Completed, but I cannot see how I can do this? There is no option in the Settings of a pipeline to add icon/image.

The ability to create Service Orders for Warehouse Workshop Jobs would open up BC Service Management to a wide range of businesses including rental businesses and servicing businesses

I like this idea but would prefer a VSCode integration and a 'refresh' option in Desktop that allowed for 'live-ish' updates from the directory (rather than having to close/re-open).

Can this please be implemented? It's pretty astounding how people have been asking for this for almost a year. This is 100% necessary, especially if you are going to be sunsetting Outbound Marketing. Being able to export any information out of Customer Insights and Journeys is key to validating and even just performing sanity checks. Please make this happen! Otherwise, I do not doubt that people will be looking to other email/marketing platforms to use. This is a fairly basic request.
