I asked and got an update from Mohammad at power platform conference 24: it's still in progress, implementation was blocked by a major technical issue, but it is still being worked on and will happen at some point in the future.

Another possibility would be to have Copilot analyze the cost of all levels and present a summarized analysis or estimate.

At a minimum, it would be helpful to have a report that would show the complete break-down (top to bottom) of costs by the individual types (Material, Labor, Overhead) summarized across all levels.
