The recent addition of conditional formatting for values is wonderful. However, it would be great to have the ability format subtotals and totals, as the variation on those fields are often even more important to draw attention to.

This functionality is very basic so it does not exist in Power BI. Since in Excel there are several possibilities for conditional formatting in Totals, Subtotals and other cells.

So many situations where there are no rows or columns but only totals. Please add this feature!

Yes please, I currently have to export info from PowerBi to excel for a particular weekly report to get around this problem
