The new filter changes are a problem for our company. Filters are used along with charting functions and PowerBI to create reports, and options for users to extract using different methods/ tools. As the data is now limited and for example using Status field, will no longer show all the Status's available for that entity. This then reflects in list, charts, reports not showing all data that it currently does in the old user interface. Please change this back as it has a direct operation impact.

Why is only the URL inserted into the email in the Case and not a hyperlink with article title and URL? The URL itself with "Article Public Number" is not a good presentation to customers. It takes extra steps to copy and paste both the title and URL into a link in an email.

Would really like to see this option. We use ASE almost exclusively for our detailed analysis vs using voucher transactions.

I cannot agree more. I have a dataflow where the queries take around 10 to 15 minutes to run during certain runs (I am guessing heavy traffic is the reason). Considering that it wouldn't make sense to split them into multiple DataFlows, it is really frustrating when I have to fix one of the tables and have to wait for about an hour for it to reflect the value in the output. That is not a comfortable wait time most of the time. You might say I need to tune up the query, but considering the connection type, there isn't much control on my hand.
