The workaround is you need to have capacity metrics app installed for each of the capacity (you need to provide different capacityID during each installation). Then in each app excel live tables works for only this capacity which was provided during the installation.

This is mandatory for my company and we are hopping this will be available on Q4 2024. Otherwise we'll leave Fabric to another cloud service that allows mirroring from SQL Server

Microsoft also went from having M365 copilot only for larger corporations (minimum 300 seats) to creating a per user license type to allow also SMB:s to use copilot.
