Add a GUI to proper set the proxy configuration for the standard On-premise Data Gateway

in the enterprise context, the On-premise Data Gateways frequently sit behind proxies.

The requirement to set these in 4 different configuration XMLs is tedious and not a great user experience. Despite, it frequently leads to issues when installing the on-premise data gateway as it is difficult to find the right moment to switch to the XML configuration and then back to the GUI again.

You've done a quite good job for this on the Integration Runtimes from Synapse Analytics. Maybe you can re-use the ideas and concepts from there.
